Timing pulleys are just another key parts of the machine. Working together with all the other parts, they usually serve as the drive components being used for transmitting the rotary motion between parallel axes. Timing bent pulleys can be placed under significant stress during its lifetime and are therefore exposed to higher levels of wear and tear. The MXL, XL, L and T Series timing pulleys have a trapezoidal shape, while our HTD and GT2 timing pulleys have a curvilinear groove profile.

We manufacture timing pulleys from a variety of materials. The most common options are aluminium timing pulleys, steel timing pulleys, and plastic timing pulleys.
On the account of modifications to timing pulleys, our skilled experts can modify any of our standard timing pulleys to suit your specific application and performance requirements. Common modifications include keyway in bore, D shaped bore, custom bore size, clamp style hub (instead of set screw), two pulleys on one part, different materials (such as Acetal with a brass hub), and special plating or finishes.
